Applications
The quality of the silicone oil layer is quickly documented with the Layer Explorer. Within 2 minutes, LE precisely determines the total silicone content of a syringe. Gliding force of a silicone layer is also easily and reliably analyzed. With information about it’s distribution on the barrel its important to note that further parameters besides siliconization, such as cylinder diameter and stopper siliconization and diameter, can influence force displacement.
