Spray on Siliconization:

The Layer Explorer (LE) sets functional parameters for cartridge and syringe applications such as “gliding force plunger displacement” and others. Data concerning functionality parameters can be compared to layer thickness distribution data, and thereby provide sufficient information for siliconization process optimization and validation.

Emulsion Siliconization:

Emulsion siliconized products normally indicate a high homegeneity and a low silicone content, however, this cannot be guaranteed becuase the siliconization process is subject to many variables.
